They have absolutely no interest in your health – the only thing they are interested is making as much money off you as they can.

Walk in the door, and you’re hit with a $382 office fee – they will not tell you that at the time, the only time you find out is when you get your biil!

Never once in the entire visit do they tell you what they will be charging you.

Need to get a piece of scaly skin frozen off? That simple procedure that would cost you $20 at your local doctor’s office will cost you $600 US Dermatology Associates of Frederick – and again, they will go ahead and do it without any mention of the cost … again, you only find out when you get your biil.

And God forbid you contact their offices to get an explanation!

A simple question of "what did I get for my $382 office visit" is answered with a snarky "whatever they did." When you tell them they did nothing but take your name, their reply is "that’s our customary fee we bill insurance companies for you walking in our door."

WTF?????

And when you ask them about the $600 bill for the 30 seconds it took to freeze off a piece of scaly skin – the answer is ‘that’s your problem. It was up to you to asked them how much they were going to change you. If you didn’t ask them in advance, too bad. It’s not out problem"

US Dermatologist Associates of Frederick is not a doctor’s office, but a rip off joint.

Stay away and go to someone who will actually be interested in helping you.
